Area chefs created mouth watering seafood dishes as part of the Iron Chef Challenge during the sixth annual Historic Bluffton Arts & Seafood Festival.  Each chef was challenged to prepare one dish in one hour using two mystery seafood and two non-seafood ingredients provided by the festival committee.
